| As a service to customers we can organise the manufacture of specific parts. The picture shows felt used for anti-vibration, sound absorption, dust seals, oil seals and gasket parts. All can be supplied with self adhesive backing if required. We can provide customers with a range of felt kiss-cut parts to specific shapes and strips for ease of application in high speed production situations. Self adhesive backing can be applied to fibre board, felt, flocks, paper, card, velvet, leatherette, cork, polyurethane, etc. |
The standard densities offered for processing are 0.18g/cm3, 0.25sc, 0.42g/cm3, 0.50g/cm3,0.60g/cm3, which respectively are soft, medium, firm & hard. |
